Processing Time
Our team packs your orders with love within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel starts its journey to you.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our shop, you’ll get an email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow every step of your parcel’s adventure.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 2 business days after shipping, just give us a bark (or meow) at maobao.co@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.

Right now, we ship to addresses within the Netherlands, EU, and the US & Canada.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack everything with care, but if something goes wrong — like a missing or damaged parcel --- please contact us at maobao.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with DHL or PostNL to sort it out as quickly as possible.
