🐾 How do I choose the right size for a Neck Cuddle or Collar?
To ensure a "paw-fect" fit, measure your pet's neck circumference with a soft tape measure, leaving two fingers of space for comfort. Specific measurements (cm/in) are listed on each product page under "Sizing Specifications."
🕊️Are Mao Bao accessories safe for both cats and dogs?
Yes. We prioritize safety by using lightweight, non-toxic plush materials and breakaway-style comfort for our Neck Cuddles. Our adjustable collars use reinforced nylon and zinc alloy hardware, making them durable for active dogs while remaining gentle on fur.
🫧How do I clean my pet's accessories?
To preserve the vibrant colors of our Neck Cuddles collections, we recommend hand-washing with mild pet-safe detergent and air-drying. For adjustable collars, a cold machine wash in a mesh bag is also safe.
🐕 When will my order ship?
We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after you receive your confirmation email. As soon as your parcel hits the road, you’ll get a DHL or PostNL tracking link straight to your inbox.

You’ll receive an email with your DHL or PostNL tracking link once your order is shipped. Click the link to follow your parcel’s journey — from our shop to your doorstep! 🐾
🔄 Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of delivery
Just email us at maobao.co@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you get started.

💳 How do refunds work?
Once we receive your return and check everything’s in good shape, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s done — easy peasy! 🐾
🐶 My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry that happened. Please send us a photo and your order number at maobao.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it right away. 💛
🌍 Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes! We are currently shipping to the US and Canada. Stay tuned… we plan to expand our pawprint soon! 🐾
